Step 1: Goals
In this step we find out what are the goals that you as a business owner/marketing manager are trying to accomplish. We take a look at your current social media presence and see what we can do to improve interaction between you and your customers or potential customers. Looking at your competitors is a good way to accomplish a good starting point.
Step 2: Objectives
Now that we know the goals, we then move on to what it will take to accomplish the goals and objectives that we would need to do on our end to accomplish those objectives. Maybe it is as simple as getting more likes or followers. Then after getting those followers, what kind of content would you or us be providing to them in order to fulfill certain objectives.
Step 3: Measurables
Accomplishing a proper way for Prefer Media to be accountable is to set specific targets for us to make sure everyone in the process is accountable. We set measurable phases to make sure we continually meet or exceed expectations. We set a start date and end date for each phase and the proof of our work is publicly known so there is no hiding behind a wall you can’t see the results.
Step 4: Budget
We then go over a budget that will achieve the goals for each client. We discuss when payments are due and what steps are next after we attain the goals set out in our initial meeting.
Step 5: Packages
All of our packages are customizable. Let’s say that you don’t have a Facebook account and just want to us to tweet. So could it be that you don’t have a twitter account and want us to help you open one. We would need to have clear objectives to give you a proper quote, however, packages are as low as $400 to get started.
In social media marketing, everything is customized to what objectives the client is trying to accomplish. The prices are just to give a guideline for what we offer. You are not able to purchase our social media marketing packages without speaking to a representative of Prefer Media to get a full understanding of what your business.
